Job Description
Behavioral Therapeutic Services (BTS) is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Interventionists to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with special needs in the Rancho Cucamonga and Hesperia areas. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
Behavior Interventionists work one-on-one with clients in home, school, and/or community-based settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with special needs
Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based interventions
Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Attend required training sessions and supervision meetings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
Experience working with children with special needs preferred (ABA experience a plus, but not required)
Willingness to learn and receive ongoing training and feedback
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
Must pass background check and TB clearance

Part-time hours
Afternoon and early evening availability preferred
