I want to cut a Christmas tree off your property (Lake Arrowhead Area)

I grew up cutting Christmas trees with my family on USFS land, but the San Bernardino National Forest doesn’t allow this. I am not willing to break the law. So, I am looking for a private owner of a forested piece of land in Southern California who will let me and my family come up and cut a Christmas tree (ideally a Douglas Fir) off your property in December 2026. Price will depend on the trees available/property, but I will pay significantly more than what a real tree costs from a lot/farm. If it works out it could be come a recurring arrangement.
