-You will provide the console, I will modify the operating system so you can load game backups, emulators, or homebrew.
-It will be the buyer's responsibility to drop-off/pick-up the console. If you live far away I will allow you to ship them to me and I will ship them back as long as you cover the postage both ways.
-Will install some software for you to test, this will depend on the size of your memory card and what I have in my archive. I have well over 5000 ROMs to choose from, spanning every system including handhelds and home consoles. Can also install the backup marketplace so you can download backups directly to the console without using a computer (depending on the platform).
