We are seeking an experienced Class A Owner Operator/Lease-On with their own truck to join our dynamic team and run consistent high volume freight from Southern CA to Phoenix, and Southern CA to Las Vegas NV. All drivers must lease on with us ( with their own truck ) and run under our MC. This position is ideal for drivers who want predictable pay, steady work, and the ability to stay moving without chasing loads. Our operation focuses on repeat freight within defined lane zones, allowing you to maximize time on the road, while also managing predictable time at home.
Pay scale: Our pay scale is based off of consistent customer freight lane averages. We use the '50 mile radius rule' for almost all loads. If you're picking up or delivering within 50 miles of your lanes shipping or delivering city you always get paid the same rate! This helps create a predictable pay check every week. If a load falls outside of the 50 mile radius, the rate will be adjusted and confirmed with you before dispatch.

Fontana to Phoenix- 1157.00
Phoenix to Fontana- 433.00
Fontana to Las Vegas- 877.00
Las Vegas to Fontana-455.00
We also have one other local lane you can check on as well, including some semi-local SO-CAL routes.
Drivers must have two years of CDL history, with 0 tickers or accidents in the last two years.
