💰 Pay Structure
Drivers average $300–$400 per day, paid weekly, through:
• California minimum wage + overtime (time and a half)
• Daily performance and load bonuses

• Loaded Run to Las Vegas:
$300 flat (or higher if minimum wage + OT exceeds $300)
• Return Load Back to Our Yard:
$400 total for the day
