Facility Maintenance tech for various clients throughout Los Angeles area. Must have a minimum of one year (1 year) commercial experience with light plumbing, light electrical and some light handyman work. Must be a self-starter and able to show up to work orders timely and possess great communication skills. This is perfect work for someone who has the know how and enjoys working on their own with minimal supervision. Trust and Communication Is Key. Must have your own vehicle and tools. We pay competitive hourly wage, travel time and mileage. You are scheduled 1-3 jobs per day depending on the scope of work and some days can offer a flexible schedule.
