Seeking an experienced Construction Foreman for an immediate opening on a commercial tenant improvement project in Riverside, CA.
This is a 4–5 month project involving a complex warehouse and industrial build-out. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coordinate subcontractors, maintain jobsite safety, and keep the project moving on schedule.
Project Scope:
• H4 Occupancy Build-Out- Hazmat Room with Containment Curb
• Parts Wash Area with New Clarifier System
• Heavy Electrical Infrastructure for New Warehouse Equipment
• Interior Tenant Improvements and Industrial Upgrades
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily field activities and subcontractors
• Assist with scheduling and project logistics
• Monitor quality control and jobsite safety
• Read and understand construction drawings
• Communicate daily progress with Project Management
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact the schedule
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or Assistant Superintendent
• Commercial construction experience required
• Industrial or warehouse project experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation
Location: Riverside, CA
