Responsibilities:
* Oversee all subcontractor personnel to ensure timely project completion with high-quality workmanship that meets the original plans and specifications.
* Ensures job site safety by promoting safe work practices and promptly addressing any hazards.
* Maintain project schedules, identifies and solves problems with Project Management
* Complete daily Smart Use reports including daily updates, schedule delays, and photographs.
* Contributes to building a positive team spirit
* Assist in the training of any field personnel working on a project that works under you
Qualifications:
* Self-starting, highly motivated and goal oriented individual
* Exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis placed on quality
* Highly organized with a systematic approach.
* Problem solver
* Construction Management experience a plus
Requirements:
* 2 years min of experience in Field of Commercial
* Experience in running a tenant improvement project
* Valid drivers license with clean history.
* Ability to travel out of town if needed
Schedule would be Thursday-Monday Nights start time is 5PM on site
