This unit has a 4Ft x 2Ft cutting surface with a Lotos LTP5500D plasma cutter capable of clean cutting up to 5/8” thick mild steel. This unit is capable of cutting a full 4Ft x 8Ft sheet of material by simply using 2 portable supports (front and back). Here is a professionally built table with heavy duty all-steel construction built for a lifetime. All axis use durable CNC linear guide rails with ball bearings for smooth movement. The X and Y axis move by solid rack and pinion drives, while the Z axis uses a ball screw drive. The rack and pinion system is self-adjusting for smooth movement. Our Z axis apart has a built-in FLOATING HEAD which is a MUST for your plasma cutting needs.
You get a complete turnkey plasma system containing:
- A Windows refurbished computer with fully licensed and configured Mach 3 software.
- A large new 24" monitor and wireless Logitech keyboard with mouse pad.
- A second wireless remote control for easy positioning.
- A CNC control box with emergency ESTOP button and aircraft connectors for simple setup with 4 Nema 23 stepper motors.
- An Lotos LTP5500D plasma cutter with a straight machine torch and customized torch holder. This plasma works with 220V single phase supply. Perfect for any Domestic (Dryer Plug) or Industrial environment.
