The room also has its own private bathroom. Includes Washer & dryer in unit along with AC and heater and access to kitchen, living room, & private fridge & extra storage if needed. For single occupancy 1250 with a $500 deposit and for couples I'm asking 1450. Utilities will be included in the rent along with free WiFi . Looking for a responsible person/people who pay their rent on time. Tenants will have access to mail room, mini gym, childrens park, pool/jacuzzi, & near door parking. Guests ok.
