At Home Cubical (x-large) 8' x 10' tent
Finger Tip Pulse Oximeter with 6 view settings
Adjustable High Altitude Adaptor- HYP100AT/ES
Also includes a Smaller queen size bed tent (which I prefer to the larger Home Cubical) and a longer delivery tube so the generator can be in another room.
Instructions for use for the three types of training required: Exercise, Sleep, and Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT). In order to use the system to the fullest, you need a stationary exercise device such as an elliptical or a treadmill for the exercise portion of the training (see below).
Though it's possible to thoroughly clean the included mask, I recommend buying a new mask just to assure personal hygiene. You can check out the systems and various accessories at hypoxico.com.
The system was only used for eight weeks and has been in the original boxes since then. The staff at Hypoxico believe the generators can run for years continuously.
