Are you a highly organized operator who loves bringing complex programs to life behind the scenes? Big Bear Retreat Center is seeking a Program Production Manager to coordinate the planning and execution of our retreats and events. Located in the peaceful San Bernardino Mountains, BBRC hosts silent meditation retreats and mission-aligned programs that support mindfulness, healing, and connection for diverse communities. This role is essential to ensuring every retreat runs smoothly—from the earliest planning stages through the final guest departure.

In this role, you’ll serve as the operational hub connecting Programs, Operations, Facilities, Dining Services, and Guest Services to ensure every detail is accounted for. You’ll manage retreat timelines, coordinate staff coverage, oversee guest communications, and support the Retreat Manager team to ensure seamless on-the-ground execution.
