About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist who will serve as a key point of contact for our customers while supporting our internal sales team. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and CRM systems
- Resolve customer issues and handle escalations professionally
- Support sales team with order coordination and account management
- Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
- Manage customer communication through Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
- Assist with outbound outreach and lead generation
- Research and compile prospect lists
- Build strong customer relationships and improve retention
- Work with operations, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolve issues
- Assist with reporting and tracking customer/sales activity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
