We are currently seeking a part-time cold caller / lead generator to assist with outreach for playground equipment sales and related services.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making both cold and warm calls to prospective customers such as schools, churches, HOAs, mobile home communities, daycare centers, parks, and other organizations. The goal is to introduce our products and services, generate interest, and help identify opportunities for replacing old equipment or supporting new locations.

Responsibilities include:
Outbound cold and warm calling to prospective clients
Following up on contact lists and provided leads
Setting appointments for sales calls or site visits
Speaking professionally and building trust with potential customers
Keeping organized records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes
Working both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
Products and services include:
Playgrounds and canopies
Playground installation and repairs
Recreational and outdoor equipment, including products like 9 Square in the Air
Safety surfacing, rubber pour-in-place, wood chips, and related upgrades
We will help familiarize you with the product line and provide guidance so you can confidently speak with prospects and help generate qualified opportunities.
Pay:
Pay will be weekly (1099), $20-$25/hr + a 3% commission of a total sale when closed on provided leads. 5% on any self acquired leads closed on.
Availability:
Flexible part-time hours – remote preferred, but open to discussion of days. Must be able to make calls between 9am and 5pm.
