Job Description:
We are a real estate investment company based in Baldwin Park looking for a motivated Field Representative to work in the Riverside area and nearby cities.
Your role will be to travel to neighborhoods and pass out business cards and flyers to homeowners who may be going through foreclosure or facing financial hardship. You will briefly introduce our company, provide our contact information, and schedule an appointment with our team.
Our company works with homeowners by either:
Buying their property directly, or Renting their backyard space to install a tiny home, which can provide the homeowner with monthly payments or a lump sum after the contract is completed.
Responsibilities:
-Drive to neighborhoods in Riverside and surrounding areas
-Distribute business cards and flyers to homeowners
-Speak with homeowners and explain our services
-Schedule appointments with our Baldwin Park office
-Report leads and appointments back to our team
Pay & Benefits:
-$25 per hour
-Mileage reimbursement
-$1,000 commission for every contract signed from a lead you bring in
Requirements:
-Reliable transportation
-Good communication skills / bilingual
-Comfortable speaking with homeowners
-Punctual and self-motivated
