We’re building a team of coachable, competitive, high-accountability people who want to develop real sales skill, push themselves, and earn based on performance in solar and home services.
This is a remote position, but it is not a laid-back “work whenever you feel like it” role. You’ll be expected to show up consistently, follow a process, track your activity, take coaching, and improve through daily reps.
You do not need years of experience.
You do need some outbound experience.
You do need energy, discipline, resilience, and the ability to take coaching.
What the role actually is:
* Remote outbound sales
* Starting conversations with homeowners every day
* Setting qualified appointments
* Following a script, process, and tracking system
* Getting better through daily reps, feedback, and training
Compensation:
* Pay scale: $107k - $270k+
* Pay model: Commission-only + bonuses
