What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in turning repair estimates into approved work and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
• Work with technicians to finalize repair estimates (handpieces, sterilizers, small equipment, etc.)
• Clean up and organize estimates so they’re clear and easy to understand
• Build and send professional quotes to customers
• Follow up on open quotes (especially higher-value work)
• Answer incoming calls and customer questions
• Prepare quotes for new and used equipment (including sterilizers/autoclaves)
• Help coordinate jobs once work is approved
Most of the work is inbound—customers are already reaching out or have already sent equipment in.

What the Job Looks Like
A unit comes in → technician diagnoses → you build the quote → send it → follow up → get approval → keep it moving.
Some approvals are quick. Others take a little communication and trust—especially on larger repairs or equipment purchases.
