HOURLY + $150,000 TO $350,000 COMMISSION (ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND TO THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ANNUALLY)
1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR | PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME
Flawless Grass & Hardscape is a fast-growing Southern California company specializing in synthetic (artificial) grass and hardscape solutions. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives ready to earn at a high level.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment and enjoy working directly with homeowners. Qualified leads are provided—no cold calling required. Light canvassing in surrounding neighborhoods may be expected while on-site to maximize opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet homeowners and clients in person
• Present and sell customized synthetic grass and hardscape solutions
• Measure job sites and assess customer needs
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Manage the sales process and close high-value projects
• Light canvassing in nearby neighborhoods while on-site
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct, customer-facing sales experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to client locations within Riverside and Los Angeles County
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and demeanor
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• Hourly pay plus commission
• Annual earnings range: $150,000 – $350,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand to Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars), based on performance
