I’m a newly single dad(8yr old from previous relationship/ no drama). Looking to relocate for work more towards riverside to Yucaipa areas but open to other areas, I work in Beaumont. I work full time and have my own car. So I’m looking for a room to cut cost to save up to I buy into the current business I’m in. I’d prefer to rent and date a single mom for the parental understanding aspect that others don’t have but open.
