I am looking for a room in the IE area. The only cities I am interested in is Fontana, Bloomington and Colton. I do prefer to live with females, preferably no pets and no kids since I do work graveyards I can’t have noise in the house. Now the house needs to have access to a washer and dryer, and access to the kitchen and last the house mush have a/c. My budget is $700-$800 max with bills included. I am mature and 41yrs.
