Peaceful downstairs en suite room in a spacious 5bd 5ba house located in a beautiful community. The room features a spacious walk in closet, partial carpet flooring, private bathroom within room, fast wifi, and more, nice views of the pool and backyard. The pictures certainly do not do it justice. House is in a great culdesac location in between the I-15 and the 215, feels like it’s in its own nook. Parking is not of issue. There are no neighbors on one side of the house. Full privileges to yards, pool (during operating months), kitchen, laundry, A/C, and common areas. Our ask is mutual mindfulness, and courtesy of cleaning up of all areas/items used. Additional rental fees for tenancy of 2 more accordingly, pets, etc. please inquire so we can work things out.
