We have a room currently available to rent in our house. We are in Corona south of the 91, off of Border Ave, 92882. The room has a great view overlooking a 13 acre park that we have direct access to, with the green mountains of the Cleveland National Forest in the background. Closely located to the 15, 71, and 241. We are a couple in our 40s, both with jobs. We are looking for an individual, non-smoker (no cig or vape) and no drugs. We are asking $880 for the room which includes hi speed wi-fi internet, att uverse cable, electric, gas, water, trash, washer & dryer privileges, kitchen privileges, with exclusive use to your own full size fridge. We are requesting an $800 deposit. We have HOA access to a lake, tennis courts, basketball court, and a seasonal pool. Street parking in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is also gated which ensures further privacy. Room comes unfurnished- There is a full size bed frame that is available for use if desired, but no mattress.
