Lead Check In/Customer Service/ Warehouse Inventory 2012-2019
At Temco my duties are to supervise check in department, making sure the drivers are being checked in correctly, making sure we are billing the correct parts and services for each of our customers. I am also responsible for all the returns that are returning to our warehouse. Making sure I'm scheduling return order with replacement deliveries. Another major portion of my job description is customer service. Answering any questions or concerns our customer have, also with any escalated customer service calls. I am also in charge of the inventory of the warehouse, among other duties that I also do.

As a Secretary for this Registration and Permitting Company my duties; were to assist the Owner and Manager with any needs, as well as purchasing Permits for Commercial vehicles and assisting with all paperwork needed to register their Commercial vehicles, quarterly fuel taxes.
