We are looking for a licensed electrician for two separate projects at our property.
Project 1 – Dining Hall Renovation
• Approx. 3,000 sq ft
• Space is currently open (no drywall)
• Install and finish 6-inch recessed lighting
• Add wall sconce lighting
• Coordinate layout and proper wiring before drywall is installed
Project 2 – Dormitory Building
• Approx. 4,000 sq ft, two-story building
• Issue with the main electrical panel
• Power outlets have irregular voltages
• Electrical issue has already caused two furnaces to short
• Need proper diagnostics, repair, and verification that voltage is stabilized and code-compliant
Requirements:
• Must be a licensed electrician
• Commercial experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve voltage issues
• Must follow local codes and safety standards
• Reliable and able to start soon
