Bankruptcy Paralegal (San Bernardino)

Expert in Bankruptcy Law

I am a legal professional with over 20 years of Bankruptcy experience that can help you and/or your staff with complex or basic filings. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Law and Public Policy and a Juris Master’s Degree in Compliance from the School of Law at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. I can help your office with any Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition and/or motion right up to the discharge. I can also help with the Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition including any motion right up to confirmation of the Plan. I am familiar with extensions of time for schedules, stays and opposition motions. I am also qualified to assist in Chapter 11 filings which require expertise because of the complexities involved in the process. A Chapter 11 filing can be extremely useful in the reorganization plan for corporations and large debtors whether it be business or personal. I do contract work full-time out of my office and I can help file if necessary. I am familiar with Best Case, Pacer, Westlaw, Nexis, and One Legal. If you are local and need immediate help, I am open to coming to your office to meet and discuss any job assignment you might have for me.
I am not looking for an office job, but I am willing to work on a one case or one task at a time basis. I only require proper intake information about the client to complete the task. If you have an employee on vacation or out sick, I can step in temporarily until the individual returns or a replacement is found. My rate is $35.00 per hour no matter what the project and have a minimum 4-hour charge. If you are a one-person office or a large firm, I believe I can help you by doing work as needed. I am available at my office Monday through Friday. Please feel free to reach out to me via email or phone number provided.
