Real Estate Sales Assistant / Telemarketer - No License Req'd (Inland Empire [Work From Home])

compensation: $11 - $14 per hour base rate + potential bonuses

Working with Real Estate Companies around the world, we help Real Estate Business Owners grow their income while working less.

Right now, an excellent opportunity has opened for a new Team Member to work directly with both the CEO and one of the primary Founders of a fast growing, nationwide Technology & Services company.

This will provide a secure full-time job from day-one, and substantial opportunities for advancement.

DETAILS OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The job is simple:

Make Cold Calls & Follow Up to our Target Property Owners.

We have built a scalable & hugely profitable system for targeting an unusual & surprisingly untapped niche of Sellers.

Your job will be calling these Property Owners (from Contact Info we provide), to:

a.) Confirm they are indeed the owner of the property,

b.) See if they'd consider selling that property,

c.) Get a confirmation or appointment for our Team to go visit in-person.

We'll provide the Script to follow.

We'll provide detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for how to use our CRM, as well as how to call the Property Owners, and how to answer their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

You'll even be getting paid training, conducted personally by our CEO, on how to build rapid rapport with the type of unique Clients you'll be contacting.

NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

This position does NOT require a license, and requires ZERO previous Real Estate experience.

What the position does require, and what we're looking for in an ideal candidate will be someone with:
  • Excellent attention to detail. 75% of your job will be relentless follow up. Your target Prospects & Clients are busy, and difficult to reach. Your persistence will pay off substantially... but you'll need to be able to stay on top of the Tasks in your CRM and take comprehensive notes on your contact attempts.

  • Very good demeanor on the phone. The people you'll be calling will not all be easy to talk to. Many will be older, perhaps somewhat persnickity, and most likely on the lower end of the education levels. Your ability to engage with all types of people will come in handy here.

  • Ability to work undistracted, from home. This is a work-from-home Virtual / Telecommute position. You need your own computer, quiet working environment, and fast internet connection. If you have all these, and can work consistently from your home office, this position is a perfect fit.
