Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with office tasks, customer service, data entry, filing, and general administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Respond to emails and customer inquiries.
Perform data entry and maintain records.
File and organize documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Prepare invoices, reports, and correspondence.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Support accounting and payroll administration as needed.
Scan, copy, and distribute documents.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Knowledge of certified payroll, prevailing wage reporting, or construction administration is a plus.
Ability to assist with permit applications, vendor accounts, and project documentation.
