We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office and operations work in a manufacturing environment.
This role helps keep job information, invoices, and leadership updates organized and up to date so office and production teams are working from the same information. You’ll work closely with management to track updates, keep records current, and help make sure follow-ups don’t get missed.
This is a support role focused on organization, documentation, and follow-through. Decisions and approvals are handled by management.
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping job and invoice information organized and updated in company systems
- Taking notes during meetings, calls, and walk-throughs
- Entering updates the same day so information doesn’t get lost and communicating it with team
- Communicating tasks from leadership to staff, tracking follow-ups and reminding the right people when needed
- Keeping digital and physical files organized, updated and entered daily
- Helping with daily office and operations tasks, check-list and ad-hoc requests
- Assisting during audits, customer visits, or document requests
- Helping with time-sensitive office needs as they come up
- Assisting daily and during long meetings/ site walks (for example, coordinating coffee or meals, ect.)
$17 – $20 per hour (DOE)
Full-time, on-site
We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in an office connected to manufacturing/production. Clear writing skills and basic computer skills are important.
