The Administrative Assistant will be wearing different hats and assisting all coworkers on different tasks. Basic Expectations and responsibilities will be as follows;
- Manage multiple phone lines and relay any messages to respectful party if unavailable
- Greet and welcome visitors, manage calendar for upper management
- Maintain filing systems ensuring proper document storage. Managing document requests in a timely manner
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Data Entry
- Manage Inventory
- Requires professional demeanor and able to compose professional behavior through email as well as in person
- Handle Cash/COD payments as well as bookkeeping
- Handle AP/AR reporting, Balance Sheets
- Dispatch
Required: Microsoft Office/Word/Outlook/Excel, Communicate effectively and professionally. Attention to detail, Time Management, Experience working with WMS, Multitask/Prioritize.
