We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist with customer communication, and help manage job files and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
Schedule jobs and coordinate with technicians and adjusters
Prepare and send invoices, estimates, and documents
Maintain and update job files (Xactimate experience is a plus)
Communicate with insurance companies and follow up on claims
Perform general office duties and data entry
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in administrative or office work preferred
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with insurance claims or restoration industry is a plus
Pay: $18–$25/hour depending on experience)
