Our collision repair shop is hiring a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers.
This position does REQUIRE experience with CCC ONE Software.

Duties include:

• Answering phones

• Scheduling estimation appointments

• Greeting clients

• Taking photos of vehicles for repair quotes

• Filing and basic admin work

• Assisting management as needed

Desired Experience:

• Experience with CCC ONE software

• Prior collision/auto shop experience strongly preferred

Expected Experience:

• Professional, organized, reliable

• Administrative experience.

**Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.**

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay:
• Starting at $20/hour

**Higher pay is dependent on CCCONE experience**
