** RECEPTIONIST ** $20.00/hr

POSITION IS FULL TIME, M-F, 830-530 pm IN OUR LA VERNE CA OFFICE *NO REMOTE WORK*

Receptionist is responsible on assisting with the following day to day task/assignments, which includes but not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls/multiple phone lines
• Making outbound calls
• EBT submission/follow ups
• Maintaining front desk, lobby, conference room
• Brew Coffee
• Breakroom, conference room, lobby clean
• Sanitizing office (as needed)
• Inventory/supply inventory
• Closure notations
• PCI validation
• Supporting in-house/outside Sales Agent (as needed)
• Inventory control - Marketing material
• EBT verification, lead report
• Incoming Referral Sheet
• Paper order request
• Call logs
• Office errands for management
• Portal creations/maintenance
• Miscellaneous tasks and/or projects not otherwise indicated
