The ideal candidate has dispatch experience in California, understands local cities, streets, and freeways, and can make smart, real-time decisions on who to send where to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Dispatch and schedule service technicians throughout the day
• Prioritize calls and adjust routes as conditions change
• Communicate with technicians and customers clearly and professionally
• Track job progress and maintain accurate service records
Requirements
• Prior service dispatcher experience
• Strong knowledge of Southern California cities, freeways, and traffic patterns
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
