Manufacturing company in the Motorcycle and Automotive Industry is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support order processing, invoicing, inventory management, and some customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with inventory software, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a very fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and manage daily invoicing and related inventory management in our MRP software.
Enter and maintain accurate data and logs in company systems and databases.
Monitor inventory levels accordingly
Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries regarding order status and invoices.
Maintain organized records, files, and reports.
Assist with filing and other administrative duties.
Generate backorder reports and support management with administrative projects.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications
Previous administrative, order entry, invoicing, or inventory management experience preferred.
Experience using inventory management and order processing software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with pressure.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP, inventory control, or accounting software.
