• Follow up with customers regarding permits, inspections, scheduling, and payments
• Handle city permit applications, emails, and inspection coordination
• Keep daily job board organized and updated at all times
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Confirm appointments and keep customers updated on arrival times
• Track paperwork, invoices, and pending items so nothing falls behind
• Maintain a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Be punctual, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and solve problems without constant supervision
• Help build structure and organization as the company continues growing
