Well established company seeking to fill a part-time OFFICE ASSISTANT position.
Duties include the following:
- Answering phones effectively and providing customer service in a professional manner
- Handling daily office tasks quickly and efficiently
- Process daily purchase orders
- Follow up with clients
Candidate must also have the following QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years customer service.
- A college degree is a plus.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Have basic operating knowledge of office equipment such as fax/copy machine.
- Able to create and maintain excellent relationship with our customers.
- Works well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other programs.
- Strong interpersonal, telephone, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
