Was told that it ran when purchased, I have it stored and could use the space, complete but doesn't start, the brake lights that need to be pressed to start it don't come on that could be the issue, selling as is registration/tags expired this year 2025 so shouldnt be much. Interchangeable parts with Sym it's a Taiwanese scooter. Specs are online about 50+mph, 75 mpg
