Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator and Programmer with experience running CNC lathes and mills. This role involves programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models
Select tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job
Edit and optimize CNC programs (G-code) as needed
Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks
Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
Perform basic machine maintenance and shop housekeeping
Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams
