An established interior design and home renovation company based in Southwest Riverside County is expanding and looking for the right people to join our growing team.
We are currently seeking either:
• An Interior Design Assistant to work directly with the lead designer on projects
OR
• Independent Interior Designers / Sales-oriented Designers who want to bring in their own clients and have a professional team handle project fulfillment.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing design company while maintaining flexibility and independence.
Position 1 – Design Assistant
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with design boards and selections
• Coordinating vendors and materials
• Helping manage project timelines
• Client communication and walkthrough support
• Administrative and creative assistance
Ideal candidate:
• Organized and detail oriented
• Passion for design
• Comfortable with technology and design tools
• Reliable communication and professional
• Located near Southern California
Position 2 – Independent Designer / Client Acquisition Role
This role is designed for driven designers and entrepreneurs who are capable of building and maintaining their own pipeline of clients.
We are not looking for individuals who simply want to wait for leads. We are looking for designers who actively market themselves and generate opportunities through:
• Social media marketing
• Personal networks and referrals
• Real estate relationships
• Local networking
• Digital marketing strategies
• Community presence and brand building
If you already have an audience, connections, or the ability to generate inbound client interest, this opportunity allows you to plug into a professional fulfillment team so you can scale faster.
You focus on client acquisition and design direction — our company provides the backend structure including:
• Project management
• Vendor sourcing
• Procurement
• Install coordination
• Operational support

Compensation
• Assistant: Hourly or project-based depending on experience
• Designers: Commission / project participation based on projects generated and completed
