Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and E-Learning Coordinator to grow our e-learning offerings and assist in the management of our accreditation process. This position is currently part-time, but there is significant potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
Perform all marketing and outreach efforts, including SEO, social media, pay-per-click campaigns, and other growth strategies.
Design and maintain landing pages using WordPress or other web-based applications.
Assist in the development and maintenance of e-learning courses and materials.
Support the accreditation process, including documentation and compliance.
Perform bookkeeping entries into QuickBooks.
Handle various administrative tasks, including those related to a small organic farm associated with the business:
Manage online store and farm landing pages, inventory item replenishment and taking inventory, interacting with field workers. taking pictures, and packing online orders.

Qualifications
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Bonus if there is also experience with Adobe Captivate.
Firm grasp of SEO, social media, pay-per-click, and other marketing approaches for driving top-line growth.
Experience with WordPress or other web-based applications used for landing pages; web design experience is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
No HACCP or food safety experience required; training will be provided on the job.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
