compensation: Competive hourly based on experience ($12.50 entry level), 401K, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision

We are seeking both experienced and entry level candidates who thrive in a fast paced team environment for available positions in our customer service department. The positions consist of heavy phone/e-mail correspondence, as the primary responsibility is to call on facilities and schedule the copying of documents in follow up to legal requests for records. The schedule for these positions is Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

The entry level positions have the potential to quickly evolve into direct customer service supporting roles with both lateral and upward mobility opportunities within other departments. The ideal candidates would be ambitious and flexible to change and opportunity.

Training will be provided and will be done in group setting.

The schedule for these positions is Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Type 35+ wpm

Standard computer & internet skills (Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel is a plus).

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not necessary

Duties:

Interact with Medical Offices, Employers, & other custodians of records

Heavy phone work, typing, faxing, scanning, e-mailing

Compose correspondence letters & e-mails

Maintain accurate notes

Problem solving
