This is a fully remote position.
TorkLaw is an award-winning personal injury law firm looking for an experienced Attorney to join our team as a Pre-Litigation Senior Attorney. We are seeking a highly-motivated Attorney to primarily supervise and handle a heavy and complex case-load of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate can work independently, supervise and train support staff, and has experience handling claims from start to finish. Minimum 10 years experience handling Plaintiffs personal injury matters.

This position is for someone who is looking to move up in their career, handle a large case-load, and be exposed to significant value cases, working with some of the best attorneys in the country. There is unlimited opportunity to grow within the firm.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate personal injury settlements in both pre-litigation and litigation stages..
  • Regularly communicate with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers.
  • Analyze the value of personal injury cases based on medical bills, injuries, and other pertinent factors.
  • Work closely with attorneys and clients to strategize and implement negotiation tactics.
  • Maintain accurate case records, documenting all correspondence, conversations, and negotiations.
  • Uphold the firm's client-centered philosophy by providing outstanding service and compassion to our clients. Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Negotiator within a legal setting.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury cases, and negotiation techniques.
  • Well-versed in medical terminology, etiology and analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently while also taking direction when needed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

        • The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $95,000 - $120,000.00+ per year. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. TorkLaw is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
