Admin Assistant/Legal Secretary (Riverside)

Small, established and reputable Family Law office is seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary.

Answer phones; schedule appointments; maintain office calendar; assist attorneys and paralegal as directed; sort, file and photocopy documents; process payments; send and receive mail. Other duties may be assigned.

Enthusiastic; willing to learn; proper phone etiquette; strong communication skills; self-starter; detail-oriented; highly energetic; ability to compose correspondence accurately; and strong organization skills.

We require someone who is great with people, willing to learn, an excellent writer and someone who is seeking a long-term career in Family Law. This position allows for a lot of growth and learning. You will deal with clients directly.

Experience in a law firm preferred but not required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

The position is for 36 hours per week (full-time) and is entry-level. Candidate will receive on the job training. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
