We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as **Stackers** in a fast-paced lumber manufacturing environment. This position is primarily **outdoors**, so applicants must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate $23.63
Some Saturdays and overtime may be required based on production needs.
Job Responsibilities
Stack, sort, and organize lumber according to production standards.
Inspect lumber for visible defects and separate materials as directed.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving lumber throughout the yard.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Follow all safety procedures while working around heavy equipment and machinery.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Perform repetitive lifting, bending, twisting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
Safely handle lumber of various sizes and weights.
Qualifications
Ability to work outdoors for the entire shift.
Must wear **ankle-high work boots** (required).
Able to lift up to **50 lbs.** repeatedly.
Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to successfully participate in a **background check**.
Must be **authorized to work in the United States**.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
