Veteran Alliance Construction Group is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Subcontractor to support our growing pipeline of residential renovation, repair, and restoration projects.
We are looking for a professional who can work independently, accurately diagnose electrical issues, and complete installations according to California Electrical Code standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, solution-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of electrical scopes without supervision.

Scope of Work
Electrical subcontractor will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Main panel upgrades and sub-panel installations
• Running new circuits and dedicated lines
• Electrical work related to kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodels
• Installation of outlets, switches, GFCI/AFCI devices, lighting, and fixtures
• Rewiring or modifying circuits during renovation projects
• Installation of recessed lighting, exhaust fans, and appliance circuits
• Electrical corrections required for city inspections
• Identifying electrical hazards and recommending proper solutions
• Coordinating electrical scope with other trades on site

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
• 5+ years of electrical experience in residential or light commercial construction
• Strong ability to diagnose electrical problems efficiently
• Experience installing main panels, sub panels, breakers, and new circuits
• Strong understanding of California Electrical Code (CEC)
• Ability to read electrical plans and construction drawings
• Own professional electrical tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and complete scopes without supervision

Preferred Qualifications
• C-10 Electrical Contractor License (preferred but not required depending on scope)
• Experience working with construction companies or general contractors
• Familiarity with permit and inspection processes
• Experience with remodel and restoration projects
