We are hiring experienced container offloaders (lumpers) for container unloading.
This is NOT general labor. You must have prior experience handling multi-SKU container breakdowns.
If you do not have experience, do not apply.
PAY STRUCTURE
• $120 per container (flat rate) if you offload by yourself if you do it with someone else it will be split
• Fast turnaround containers
• Multiple containers available depending on workload
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for:
• Offloading ocean containers safely and efficiently
• Handling multiple SKUs and (POs)
• Ensuring NO mixing of SKUs
• Building separate pallets per SKU only
• Properly stacking, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling pallets
• Staging completed pallets in designated warehouse areas
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Prior experience as a lumper / container offloader
• Understanding of SKU separation and PO accuracy
• Ability to build pallets correctly without supervision
• Strong attention to detail (zero mixing errors allowed)
• Reliable and physically able to handle container unloading

Work is based at multiple warehouse locations
Primary locations are in the Riverside, CA area
