We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team on 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating a Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Reach Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), Pacer, and Clamp Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Training: Candidates must have prior warehouse experience and demonstrate the ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
Safely operate Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Reach Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), Pacer, and Clamp Forklift equipment.
Pick, replenish, transport, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Utilize RF scanners to pick, verify, and process orders.
Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience operating Cherry Picker and Stand-Up Reach Forklift equipment.
Experience operating EPJ, Pacer, and Clamp Forklifts preferred.
Comfortable working at elevated heights.
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
Ability to work the full 3rd shift schedule, Monday through Friday.
