In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and logistics processes within a thriving e-commerce setting. Temp to Hire position with possibility of raises and full-time opportunities depending on performance and attendance during the probation period. Shifts begin at 8:30am and end at 5:00pm, no overtime.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
Labeling and relabeling of different products within the building.
Installing bottles into dispensers as needed for orders.
Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory
Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities are prepared for shipment.
Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments.
Stock shelves, organize inventory storage areas, and perform regular stock counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
Assist with packaging products securely for delivery while adhering to safety standards.
Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn!
Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers is highly desirable but not required.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow.
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
