We are a busy, resort-style campground seeking a dedicated and versatile Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Porter. The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of our community models, vacant rentals, and common areas enjoyed by our current and prospective guests.

Key Responsibilities
Property Upkeep: Maintain the pristine appearance of all common areas, campgrounds, community models, and vacant rental units.
General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry.
Light Plumbing & Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing issues (clogs, leaks, fixtures) and basic electrical tasks.
Landscaping & Groundskeeping: Assist with mowing, weeding, trimming, debris removal, and general outdoor beautification.
Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the housekeeping department to ensure rental units are rapidly and flawlessly turned over for arriving guests.
Guest Service: Act as a welcoming and helpful face of the resort, occasionally interacting with guests to resolve maintenance requests.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in general maintenance, handiwork, or a porter/groundskeeping role (hospitality or campground experience is a major plus).
Basic proficiency in plumbing, painting, landscaping, and hand/power tools.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and property aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to [50] lbs.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
