Containers become available at different warehouses, and contractors may choose to accept available work.
PAY (FLAT RATE PER CONTAINER)
Two-Person Team
• Starting: $50 per container per person
• Up to $60 per container per person after several completed containers
Solo Operator
• Starting: $100 per container
• Up to $120 per container after several completed containers
This is independent contract work not employment and not hourly pay.
Contractors must submit invoices for completed containers.
Payment terms are Net 4 days from invoice.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Offload floor-loaded containers
• Separate items by SKU / style / PO
• Build stable pallets
• Shrink wrap and stage pallets as required by warehouse
WORK STANDARDS
• Containers must be completed start-to-finish
• No mixing SKUs, styles, or POs
• Pallets must be properly built, wrapped, and staged
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
• Prior container offloading / lumping experience
• Ability to lift 50–lbs repeatedly
• Transportation to warehouse locations
• Must be reachable by phone
• Valid government ID required
